Midnight and Opal didn't come into the shelter today and we don't normally do this but we have found these 2 will do best if adopted together. They have bonded so wonderfully and have boosted each others confidence. We just can't break up this lovely friendship between the 2. Midnight is a 6 year old black female with truly striking features. She arrived at the end of May and was found as a stray in Manchester, NH. She's got this adorable little spattering of a few white hairs on her chest, which is pretty unique. She is not overly shy but we are getting to learn more about her with each passing day. She does great with other cats especially her buddy Opal. This sweet little white/black lady is Opal, just 3 years young. She came to the shelter in August from Montgomery Street. Since her arrival we have been working on socializing Opal, because she was very timid. She has come a very long way! We found she loves other cats, and they make her come out of her shell. And recently she has started to enjoy being pet, as long as you approach slowly. If you scratch her under her chin she will purr away! This girl has the cutest face that always looks like she's smiling. We know that quiet, loving home is out there somewhere. Don't miss out on this pretty lady! They are both cat and dog friendly. The adoption fee for adult cats includes the following: spay or neuter and procedure; 1 year Rabies vaccination; distemper vaccination, microchip& and combo test of FIV (feline AIDS) and FeLV (feline leukemia). Other medical care provided might include treatments for fleas, ear mites, dental work or infections or other medical conditions. Additional kitten vaccinations will be the responsibility of the adopter.
