Pooky is a wonderful boy! He is so sweet and is only 5 years old with a lot of loving still to do. He likes talking to you to let you know he wants attention and wants to be around you! He can't wait to meet his purr-fect family! He was dog tested with a small laid back dog and gave out a hiss (to let her know he was boss) but did ok. He should still be introduced slowly to a resident dog who is calm and laid back. Pooky is a bit of an alpha cat so laid back cats that aren't too submissive would be best or to be an only cat. If interested in meeting him please come down to meet him at the Manchester Animal Shelter! The adoption fee for adult cats includes the following: spay or neuter procedure; 1 year Rabies vaccination; distemper vaccination, microchip and combo test of FIV (feline AIDS) and FeLV (feline leukemia). Other medical care provided might include treatments for fleas, ear mites, dental work or infections or other medical conditions. Additional kitten vaccinations will be the responsibility of the adopter.
